My tip ive learned today is dont allow your feelings to become thoughts. We all have feelings, which are entirely valid to us. However the inability to communicate these feelings means we keep them in and allow them to turn into thoughts, which are non-reality.
Communicating our feelings allows us to stay in the present. I personally have struggled with Communicating my feelings or emotions which leads to irrational thoughts, and in turn, irrational actions and behaviours. Therapy is helping with this, also just be open and honest helps massively. Who knew, hey?!
