Hey beautiful people, I’m so looking forward to resting with you all tomorrow 🫶
Our theme for the session will be The “I Want” Epidemic 🥳
I’ve created a beautiful rest session centred around desire and creation—because when the body and mind are rested, the heart has the capacity to dream, expand, and create from a deeper place 💋
I’ll be online 10 minutes early, so if anyone would like to come in beforehand for a catch-up, we’ll be there for you.
The session will begin promptly at 7pm. If you join at 7 or just after, please slip in like a ninja—quietly, with your mic off—so we can honour everyone’s boundaries with time and keep the space grounded 💋
