Happy hump day. We’re halfway through the week, so don’t take your foot off the gas now.

Go for a walk. Get some fresh air. Move your body. Breathe. Clear your head.

Quick update from me and Brad. We’re getting ready for two talks today. The goal is simple: inspire, motivate, and open doors to work with more companies so we can support their people properly, before things get too heavy.
