We’ve got a bank holiday ahead, the sun’s out, and hopefully a bit of time to breathe.
So this is your reminder:
Be kind to yourself this weekend.
Do something positive for you. Get outside. Move your body. See your people. Rest if you need to.
And if you do go out and enjoy yourself, enjoy it properly. Don’t wake up the next day and batter yourself with guilt.
Just get back on the train of turning up for yourself.
One weekend doesn’t define you.
