Hi! I’m Tomáš, and I’m super excited to connect with everyone here. I’m passionate about fitness, strength training, and constantly pushing myself to new limits.
A bit about my training style: I focus on strength training, hypertrophy, and functional fitness. I’m currently working on building muscle and improving overall performance. My current goal is to keep progressing in powerlifting while continuing to support all my clients and others on their fitness journey.
