Believe in God, But Not Religion?
If you believe in God but no longer believe one religion has all the answers, you may feel as I did for years. You know there is a Creator, but the explanations you were given no longer make sense.
That is what led me to Deism.
I’m Sean Kelly. Deism gave a name to beliefs I already held. I created Spark of Reason because I believe people asking these questions need more than articles and endless debate. We need a place to talk, learn and get to know one another.
I believe God is loving, present and cares about how we live and treat others. You do not need to agree with me on everything. Honest disagreement is welcome as long as it remains thoughtful and respectful.
Inside, you will find a short optional Deism Foundations course, helpful resources and real conversations about God, purpose, morality and what may happen after this life.
