Growing Peace
Sometimes we come to the garden overwhelmed, sometimes we come tired. Sometimes we come carrying things we dont even have words for... and the soil holds it all!! When you: 🐛Put your hands in the dirt 🥀 Water something living 🌻Watch a seed push through 💖Sit quietly under a tree Your nervous system settles, your breathing slows down, your mind softens, you dont have to be okay to show up here. I created this space for gathering, growing, flourishing even on the hard days. Drop a comment below to share how you feeling today? WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER!!
Reflection
A lettuce seed is tiny almost unnoticeable and super easy to over look, but inside that speck is everything it needs to grow! It doesn’t rush, waits for the right conditions, steady soil, moisture, light and patience. Like is kind of the same… We start small, quiet seasons matter, the growth often happens under ground before anyone can see it! If the seed dries out then it struggles. If life dries us out- no support, no rest, no care then we struggle too but, when a seed is nurtured? It doesn’t question it’s worth it just grows. So if you feel small today, remember: 🦋 you don’t need to be big to be powerful! 🦋 you don’t need to rush your growth 🦋 What you’re about to become is already inside you! What part of your life feels like you’re still in the seed stage?

Beneath the Surface
A blanket of snow means the garden is resting ❄️ Beneath the surface, roots are protected, soil life is slowing down, and everything is being held until it’s time to grow again. A reminder for us too: rest isn’t falling behind—it’s preparing. 🌱 How are you honoring rest today?
