It's time to reclaim your brain
👋 Start here: Introduce yourself and share the #1 digital habit you're ready to kick. Is it Instagram scrolling? Late-night YouTube binges? Compulsive phone checking? This community exists to help you put your devices down and step back into your actual life. Everyone talks about health and wellness... exercise, nutrition, sleep. But almost no one addresses the elephant in the room: screen time addiction. The endless scrolling. The dopamine loops. The way hours vanish into your phone while life passes you by. That changes here. Mindless is your support system for breaking free from digital dependency. You'll find: - Community: Connect with others who are on the same journey of reclaiming their time and attention - Resources: Access our in-depth courses on meditation and digital minimalism—practical tools to help you thrive in the modern world while staying grounded and disconnected from the noise Real Talk: No judgment. Just honest conversations about the struggle and strategies that actually work. It's time to get Mindless!
24 hours without a phone..
Something I try to do every week is go one full day without my phone, and let me tell you IT IS THE HARDEST THING EVER. I literally start to feel withdrawal symptoms, and I know that sounds insane but if you have tried it you know what I mean. Like the first few hours I'm just constantly reaching for my pocket even though I KNOW it's not there. It's actually embarrassing how addicted I am lol But then something weird happens around the afternoon... I'll be sitting there and actually notice stuff? Like I saw this dog yesterday and just watched it for a while instead of immediately trying to film it. Didn't even think about posting it. Anyway I'm curious - has anyone else tried this? How long did you last? What did you do to survive? And genuinely... do you think we're all just way too dependent on these things or am I being dramatic? My biggest takeaway fromwhen I step away from the device for a day, or even simply lower my screentime is that I can think SO MUCH more clearly. My memory and focus return, it is really wild.

The goal of the Mindless community
Hey everyone! I'm excited to have you here and want to share what this community is all about. What You'll Find: - Classroom section – I've built out a comprehensive meditation course for the digital age. Put a ton of time into this and think it's more relevant than ever. Whether you're new to meditation or want better results, it's for you. - Digital sobriety course (coming soon) – A fresh approach to creating healthier habits without being consumed and eaten alive by notifications and apps. Share Your Feedback: If you're using the Mindless app, please drop comments! We read everything and ship updates quickly based on what you tell us. Why I Chose This Platform: I wanted something with a slower pace - a space that actually adds value to your life instead of taking from it. Let's Connect: I'd love if you could introduce yourself and, if you're open to it, share your biggest struggles with digital sobriety. Ask any questions too! This community is here as a resource for you. I'm looking forward to watching it grow and seeing lives change as people put the phone down and get "Mindless" - not just the app, but a whole state of being. One where you're not constantly consumed by technology and information 24/7.
