Our second 3-Day Water Fast is here for those who feel called to join or continue the journey of renewal and alignment.
Water Fast: February 21–23💧 Start from your last meal on Friday (2/20)
This is a time for spiritual reset, healing, and elevation mind, body, and spirit.
As shared before, according to Dr. Jin W. Sung, a 72-hour fast may support:
  • Brain cleansing & energy reset
  • Improved immune function
  • Repair of damaged cells
  • Removal of dysfunctional cells & pathogens
