Do Not Inherit Fear Not everything you feel is yours.Pause and ask: Is this mine?Release what is not. 🌿 3. Stay With What Is Yours to Hold You are not meant to carry the whole world.Hold your thoughts. Your body. Your home. Your circle. 🌿 4. Walk Slowly in Urgent Times When the world rushes, slow down.Move gently. Speak softly. Respond consciously. 🌿 5. Feed What You Want to Grow Attention is nourishment.Choose carefully what you strengthen with your focus. 🌿 6. Become a Living Sanctuary Let people feel calm around you.Your steadiness is leadership. 🌿 7. Love Is Not Weakness Love is not passive, it is powerful, steady, and clear.Walk in it with strength. 🌿 8. Rest Without Guilt Even the strongest caretakers must Pause. Rest restores clarity. 🌿 9. Trust the Larger Movement You cannot see the full unfolding.Stay anchored anyway. 🌿 10. Be the Reminder You are not here to convince anyone. You are here to remind others what peace feels like.
