The past 3 years or so I embarked on this journey having no idea it was taking me this far! I was literally numbed out on psych medications, 130 pounds heavier, emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually exhausted. On a tiny bit of faith left in myself I started slowly getting off all the medications and day by day tended to myself from all angles. I am beyond grateful for where I am at now and it is so much more than I had imagined. I have gained so much wisdom on how to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I used foods, exercise, meditation, crystals, chakra system, learned how to transmute trauma and energies of all sorts. This community is an answered prayer/manifestation and I am so excited to share my wisdom and gain wisdom of others. I didn’t even think I would still be in the physical at this point. And here I am thriving! More recent I have been channeling my higher self/god/universe/source or whatever it is you prefer to call all that is, and have been channeling other beings as well. Nice to meet you all!

I love to paint. This is my art room where I love to sit and read and create. I live in Eastern Kentucky for now. I love Nature and putting her energy onto a giant piece of watercolor paper.

So far I have broken a lot of generational cycles. Well, this evening I was out for a walk with my dad and we passed a young teen on his porch. I can literally feel what people are feeling, and in an instant I could feel his sadness. It is very much a gift and has taken time to learn how to not absorb it for too long. I still work on it. It helps to take a deep breath and send out love towards the individual. Anyway, I have become fiercely protective of the innocent and the lost and forgotten that others deem not able to be helped. I was one do those, from a child and then considered a lost cause as an adult. Also I was so lost that I wasn’t even protective enough of my own children, from others and from my overwhelmed self..I wasn’t present. I don’t shame myself for this any longer, I just wish to help who I can. This is something I want to help change. If I could come back from where I was then anyone can.
