Community Guidelines
A living document rooted in love, respect, and soulful creativity.
OUR VISION
We gather in devotion to the healing power of creativity, ancestral connection, and soul embodiment. Through the art of doll making, we remember the threads that weave us into wholeness. This is a space where we honor transformation, celebrate diversity, and restore sacred presence to our hands, our hearts, and our communities.
OUR CORE VALUES
1. Creativity as Medicine
We believe art is not a product but a living expression of our soul. Our hands know how to heal, shape, and speak.
2. Sacred Sovereignty
Each person brings their own lineage, wisdom, and path. We do not impose, fix, or convert. We witness and honor.
3. Love Over Competition
We choose collaboration, not comparison. There is room for every voice, every hand, and every creation.
4. Rooted Respect
We honor the ancestors, cultures, and traditions that shape us. We do not appropriate- we inquire, reflect, and credit.
5. Living Mystery
We embrace the unknown. We allow space for silence, soul, and the unseen.
6. Integrity in Practice
We show up honestly, take responsibility for our energy, and communicate with clarity and compassion.
COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS
1. We lead with the heart.
Before reacting or correcting, we take a breath. We listen deeply.
2. We do not debate Shelly’s teachings.
If something does not resonate, you are free to leave it behind. Dialogue is welcome, but the foundation of this work is not up for negotiation.
3. We name grievances with care.
Should conflict arise, we commit to bringing it directly to Shelly first before involving the group. We avoid gossip or passive aggression.
4. We celebrate diversity.
This is not a one-path-fits-all space. We respect differences in spirituality, expression, and practice.
5. We honor confidentiality.
What is shared in circle stays in circle. Stories, images, and creations belong to their makers.
6. We stay curious.
Questions are welcome. We honor the beginner’s mind, no matter how long we’ve been on the path.
7. We create with intention.
Whether crafting a doll, offering feedback, or sharing our voice- we move from a place of soul, not ego.

We ask that you join only if you feel truly called to be here. To honor the integrity of this community, if you choose to leave, re-entry will not be granted.
HOW WE HOLD SPACE
This is a professional learning space, but not therapy. We acknowledge that deep emotions may arise, and we hold one another in compassion, not analysis. Facilitators are artists and guides- not healers, counselors, or therapists unless explicitly trained and named as such.
