I'll be sharing here and updating the Classroom Community weekly. You’re welcome to write a lot, a little, one word, or simply read and be present. We’ll move slowly here. We’ll listen to the body. July Theme: REST 🫶🏻
Welcome to a new month inside our community. Each month we'll explore a different theme together, one that reflects what I'm seeing in the treatment room, what many of us are moving through collectively and what our nervous systems may be asking for. This month's gentle remembering is... R E S T Not because you've earned it or because everything on your to do list is finished but because your body deserves moments of safety, softness and stillness simply because you're human. Throughout July, you'll find resources created to help you slow down, reconnect and come home to yourself. This month you'll receive: 🎧 A FREE guided meditation: REST (Coming Soon) 🧠 A nervous system teaching 🌿 A simple somatic practice 📝 A journal prompt and affirmations for reflection There is no pressure to complete everything. Weekly Check In 🖤
Sometimes we become so focused on what’s next that we forget to acknowledge how much we’ve already carried. The hard conversations. The healing work. The boundaries you’ve set. The ways you’ve shown up for yourself, even when it wasn’t easy. Growth isn’t always loud, sometimes growth looks like resting when you would have pushed through or asking for help when it feels uncomfortable or impossible. Sometimes it looks like choosing peace over proving yourself. Take a moment today and reflect: ✨ What is something you’ve handled, healed or moved through recently that you’re proud of?
