Your nervous system doesn’t need motivation to start the week—it needs safety. If your body feels slow, resistant, or heavy this morning, it’s not a problem to fix. It’s information. Try this: ✨ inhale gently through your nose ✨ exhale a little longer than you inhale ✨ repeat 3 times That alone tells your body it’s okay to begin and it can be used anywhere, anytime.
