âWhat would help me feel a little safer today?â
Not more productive, not more evolved and not even more spiritual.

Safety might look like:
- slowing your morning down by just 5 minutes
- placing a hand on your chest and taking a deep breath before opening your phone
- choosing one task instead of ten
- letting your body lead instead of yours or other peoples expectations
When your nervous system feels supported, clarity follows naturally.

Before starting your day or work, inhale slowly through your nose for 4âŚexhale through your mouth for 6. Repeat 3 times, relax your jaw and let your shoulders drop.
This week doesnât need to be conquered.
It needs to be met.
