Having undergone a major psychic attack in the past I hoped never to experience one again. But it took a few more before I completely understood what they are and even longer before I knew how to clear them and protect myself from them. Achieving Energetic Sovereignty is a process. I heard this story in group meditation a few months back. With all of the solar flares and the shifts in energy this week, I feel it is worth sharing with all of you again. The painting is a gift from my friend Erica. The lobster's growth story is one of repeated discomfort and shedding. Lobsters, despite being soft and mushy, live inside a hard, rigid shell that doesn't expand. As the lobster grows, the shell becomes too small, causing discomfort and pressure. To grow, the lobster seeks shelter, typically under rocks, to protect itself from predators while it molts, or sheds, its old shell. A new, soft shell is then produced underneath. This process repeats throughout the lobster's life. We are all lobsters.

I've never been someone who resonated with numbers, but the other day this random 5 showed up on my finger, under my grandmother's ring. My grandmother's death was my "trigger" to the beginning of my spiritual journey beginning with years of extreme dissociation. After almost 5 years, I know this is her way of telling me it's time to make peace with it.

For the last 2 years, I’ve been stuck in a very painful part of my spiritual journey, so much so that it’s completely hindered every area of my life and sucked out all the joy I once had. I’ve tried everything I could possibly think of to move past this, having worked with dozens of psychics, shamans, and various other healers, and yet have found little success. I’ve even tried things on my own - countless hours of meditating and even a few attempts at astral projection (which I came close to succeeding a few times, but never fully made it into the OOB state) On the positive side, I have made progress (slowly) in understanding the nature of this issue more and the one synchronicity I keep seeing from the universe is hearts; hearts everywhere in my daily life. It took me a while to fully understand what it meant for me (because everyone’s situations are unique) but I now know that the solution to my issue is literally in the heart space and it’s about connecting to it. And that’s where I have gotten really stuck recently and after everything I’ve been through, I am simply beyond exhausted and I’m tired of being alone on this journey. This situation has been incredibly isolating and so now I felt inclined to try to reach out and connect with other spiritually open people in any way I can. If anyone is willing to do meditation work with me and help me get into my heart space more, I would be so appreciative of that 🙏 (because I simply have little energy left to try it myself anymore). Otherwise, I am open to any and all interactions with the people here. I hope I don’t make anybody feel down with this post; it is certainly not my intention and despite the heaviness of what I’ve experienced, I remain hopeful that I can reclaim my sovereignty and experience the beauty and joy of life once more 💫
