How are you all handling the waves today? I watched the entire eclipse outside under the moon. My energy is extremely intense today. I didn't sleep much until after dawn. Had intense dreams/trauma flashbacks. So much is releasing. Had EMDR therapy this morning. We ended up talking about consciousness more than about the flashbacks I experienced after the eclipse. 😵 I'm super tired, dizzy and have a sour stomach this morning. Extreme pressure at the base or my skull. Full right side body release after the eclipse is still somewhat active. I'd love to hear how everyone is doing. Sharing tips for integration is strongly encouraged.
