An easy way to cold prospect

I remember when if first started I would find businesses on google maps and if they didn't have a website I would build a simple one in ghl by using a template then switching with some of their google or fb photos and had ai help with the wording.

I would then email the cold prospect that I had noticed they didn't have a website so I built them one and would they like to see it? Not very often would I get a reply. I realized I was messing up by building first, it was wasting too much time. I started just cold emailing them first, then when they replied yes. I would make one which wouldn't take too long, then I would send it over.

It worked a few times. I haven't done it in a while. I started doing in face to face prospecting since then but it wouldn't hurt for me to get something automated so I can increase the number of prospects hit a day.
