WHAT IS SEXUAL SOVEREIGNTY
I wanted to post this upcoming video by Carl Jung on Sexual Sovereignty. And without offending others it would be great if each person took the time to watch this clear and deep understanding of what Sacred means. Not pleasure not lets do it again but to truly understand our own sovereignty and why sex and how sex can be used by all of us as a means of growth, not addiction, not using it as an escape, and definitely not using it to harm anyone we may engage with. And surely we can discuss what Jung was talking about with respect to SEXUAL SOVEREIGNTY. In the video he is very clear about what is SEXUAL FASTING and how we can use it to heal ourselves as long as we do not spill the seed. Enjoy, embrace the in-depth look at what Carl Jung has to share with us. This video changed my way of looking at sexuality. https://youtu.be/UeYR9W_y81c?si=j_tQWx5u1HKfb8YI

What the hell is Somatic Pleasure? 🧠✨ Let's answer some burning questions and possible misconceptions ♥️💃🏽🕺🚀
So what do I mean when I say Somatic Pleasure? Honestly, I’m not trying to make it more complicated than it needs to be. For me, somatics is really about learning to notice that your body is one complete, living ecosystem. Not mind over here, body over there, emotions somewhere in the middle, and then we try to sort it all out later. Your body is taking in information all the time. Breath. Temperature. Pressure. Tension. The room you’re in. The people around you. The thing that makes your stomach tighten. The thing that makes you exhale. And pleasure is learning what brings you more aliveness, more clarity, more connection, more choice. Put them together and you get this: pay attention to sensation. Your breath. Your heartbeat. The knot in your gut. The warmth in your hands. The YES & The NO Then use that information to live better. 🔥 That’s really the mashup. Paying attention to sensation… and then learning how to work with what your body is already telling you. So I’m curious, what is your body trying to tell you lately that you may have been too busy to hear? Bonus: Try this: hold any object for 30 seconds. Feel its weight, temperature, and texture. No story. Just sensation. What did you notice?

Spiritual growth
There's a particular ache that comes with growth: the moment you realize the people closest to you aren't walking your exact path, and some part of you longs for a mirror, someone who can meet you fully in what you're seeing. That longing is real. But loving yourself on this journey doesn't require the people around you to catch up to you first. It asks something harder: to hold your own ground without needing them to stand on it too. You can witness someone still wrapped in guilt or doubt without absorbing their weight, and without dimming your own light to make the room feel even. Watch, too, for the quiet trap of feeling above rather than simply ahead; the ego is skilled at wearing spiritual clothing. True connection was never about sameness. It's about presence. Someone doesn't need to understand your becoming to still be worth sitting beside in the sunset. Some of the loneliness may stay. Let it sit alongside a full life, held rather than fixed. That, too, is part of coming home to yourself. -The Corporate Alchemist
Loving yourself
Loving yourself is not vanity. It is the quiet return to the one relationship you've spent a lifetime postponing. It begins the moment you stop waiting for permission to be gentle with your own becoming, the moment you let the Witness within you observe your wounds without flinching and your gifts without shrinking. Self love is not a mood you chase; it is the ground you stand on while everything else moves. It says: I do not need to earn my worth through performance, through proving, through the endless corporate calculus of enough. I am already the Source expressing through this particular life, this particular body, this particular story. To love yourself is to finally come home, not to who you were told to be, but to who you were before the world asked you to be smaller.
