♥️🫁🕺 Today we dropped into some wonderful breath practice.
🚀 We did a series of three techniques meant to help you shift your inner state.
👉 These are pretty gentle and simple techniques. Not a lot of over breathing or breath holding, although there's a little bit of each of those.
