Like it’s a feather landing on your frontal lobe. Let it bob around in your mind’s murky pond. If thoughts interrupt (and oh, they will), don’t swat them like mosquitoes. Let them do their jazzercise in the background. You’re not here to fight. You’re here to sink—like a hot teabag into infinity.
