Step Three: Come Back Like You Never Left (But You Did) After about 20 minutes—or whenever your inner self yawns and stretches like it’s done rebooting—let the mantra go. Just sit in the warm, buttery afterglow of doing nothing exceptionally well. Then, when the moment feels ripe, peel open your eyes. Don’t rush. You’ve just danced with the divine in your sweatpants. The world might look shinier now. Or not. Either way, you’ve watered your weird little soul-garden.

Step Two: Whisper the Magic Nonsense Word (In Your Head, Not Out Loud) Here comes the mantra—your mental secret handshake with the universe. Don’t shout it. Don’t chant it like you're summoning ancient pizza gods. Just think it. Gently. Like it’s a feather landing on your frontal lobe. Let it bob around in your mind’s murky pond. If thoughts interrupt (and oh, they will), don’t swat them like mosquitoes. Let them do their jazzercise in the background. You’re not here to fight. You’re here to sink—like a hot teabag into infinity.
