Hey SomaCare family.
I’m an online clothing store owner, which means I spend way too many hours hunched over my laptop or packing orders. I’ve been noticing a lot of back pain/neck tension lately. Does anyone have specific 'SomaCare' tips for staying regulated and keeping my body feeling good when I’m stuck at a desk all day? Would love to hear your routines.

Today I feel like sharing with you where I‘ m at and how much this work here supports me in this process ( even if I m not even 2 weeks into it 😅). I’m spending the whole day in hospital, waiting for my mom who has a surgery right now. She s having a hysterectomy due to uterine cancer, which is sooooo moving for me as someone who is working with wombs, women and ancestral healing for nearly 2 decades. I feel very calm, clear and full of faith though. I was indeed „preparing „ these last days with loads of Oxytocin/ pleasure orienting, which I really feel helps me to stay grounded through all of this. Beautiful work, it really lands fast . Thank you @Veronica Rottman for sharing your medicine with us and thank you community🙏🏾
