Want to give you guys a look at my August numbers Revenue: $38,762.58 Expenses: -$7,827.46 Income before taxes: $30,935.12 I worked with 10 clients (about $30k in revenue), made ~$6k from X creator payouts (best month ever for that), about $2k from sponsored posts, and then a couple hundred bucks from other random things. Solid month overall. Been thinking about hiring a writer to help me out since I definitely have lots more clients I could work with but don't want to over-book myself

This format is working well for me lately: Take something ordinary and boring, but write it like you are presenting something exciting.

X payouts just increased for me Even though my analytics were barely above the last few pay periods, got a good pay increase The new payout program that rewards original content will take effect in a few weeks, but I’m guessing they’ve already made a lot of the changes that reward original content

Anytime there’s some controversial topic that’s going viral on X, I like to take the original post and do the opposite viewpoint I thought to myself: “you know how people are always posting stories about their lawn/pressure washing/whatever guy and asking him how much he makes- what if I did that, but the guy had the most cynical response possible?”

A couple years ago, I focused on offering my writing services as a productized service Put a large emphasis on the deliverables (number of posts per day/week) Now, I'm mostly attracting clients who view me as the go-to writer and trust me to post as little or often as needed to get the results they want I think a lot of people advise against this since it's harder to scale (which is true), but has been less stressful for me with under 10 clients - but I've found I can typically charge more. Anyone else have experience with this dynamic?
