Ghostwriting pricing
Everyone who does ghostwriting - how do you price your services? From what I'm seeing, experienced freelance writers usually charge something like $3k to $5k a month for writing a CEO's content on X and/or LinkedIn The established agencies are usually in the $7,500 to $10k a month range with a minimum 3 month commitment What are others doing here?

@Brian Dolan bottom line, whoever writes for you has to work really closely with you to get the voice right. Probably several calls a week at first, but less often as you work together longer. Anyone who is good at this stuff will definitely charge accordingly for the upfront time and energy it takes

@Jameson Zaballos I've seen the opposite. Seems like way more agencies/writers are relying on AI tools and produce slop, so some clients are willing to pay a premium for people who really understand how to write good content
Hi Guys. I just wanted to introduce myself
Hi everyone, I've been following Charlie for a little while, and I recently purchased the How to Post guide. I'm interested in learning how to write online and, hopefully, turn it into a side business. I already write in my spare time, but it's mostly about history, religion, culture, and anthropology. Right now, I'm currently working on a book about the history of different religious movements. Parody is a bit different from the kind of writing I usually do, but I'm excited to learn and give it my best shot. Great to meet you all!

My process for writing these longform stories
Had another one of these longform stories hit this weekend https://x.com/chasedownleads/status/2071243437374845264?s=20 Here's my rough process for writing these: - find a real, cringey post to parody (LinkedIn Lunatics account is a good place to start) - open up with some dramatic sounding first line (it's best if you slip the word 'billionaire' or some large sum of money in there) - make the 2nd or 3rd line some ridiculous detail that has nothing to do with the actual story (the spaghetti kiss part, in this case) - break it up into as many short lines as possible for dramatic effect - story ends with someone having a name that isn't actually a person's name

@Brian Dolan you can definitely use it but I think you have to add your own twist or flavor to make it your own! I definitely borrow formats from others but I always do something to give it that Chase style
