The Book of the Ways A Living Light / Soul Code Grimoire This is a living record of your path, a sacred notebook where wisdom, visions, rituals, and discoveries are gathered over time. Rather than filling it all at once, the grimoire grows month by month, like a forest slowly deepening its roots. Structure of the Book: Your grimoire will contain 12 core sections, each created during a specific month. By the end of the year, your Book of the Ways will contain roughly 60–100 meaningful pages.

This is an investment-free version of the celebration of balance at Ostara… or what I call The Great Blooming. This provides basic knowledge of the festival known to most mystics as Ostara, or the Spring Equinox. This is not a quest. A deeper devotional dive can be found in the classroom for an investment. This is actually a beautiful entryway into the Living Light path, especially because beginners usually struggle with one thing above all: They don’t trust their own perception. So the goal of the challenges should not be teaching them to be psychic or to see energy. The goal should be rebuilding the sacred relationship between a person and their own inner knowing. Living Light is essentially about remembering the spark already inside, not chasing something outside.

This is a basic course on why I have focused on frequency instead of calories. This will help you transition from a standard modern diet to one filled with the frequency of the sun. This is a culmination of my life’s work and my research and trials of modern diets of all kinds. I do not make any claims beyond frequency. However, it has been a life changer for me.
