I told myself a story
For the longest time I told myself I wasn't smart enough to learn code. My brain is all over the place, it is crazy to try. Yesterday was a crazy moment. I watched someone put up the price of his CRM software because a bro marketing platform told him too. Not because he wanted to but because he wanted to conform to their new rules. So I got angry! Then I went to Claude. We turned on Fable 5 and got to work. All the bits and pieces of coding and software I had done came together and so many aha's were had. Things made sense. 4 hours later I had created a new chrome extension that is better than the one he has and the 3 others I was in and they raised the private on before him. Today I cancelled his software as I no longer need it. AI is giving us our power back as we don't need to be coders anymore to win. The moral of the story is sometimes we just need to mad enough and motivated enough to stop the BS lies in our head. I freaking love my version and because I had worked with 3 other softwares before his I had the knowledge to expand the software into something epic. AI made it possible for me to finally do something about the crap I have tolerated for years. It started me being mad at an industry and led me to change a story that no affirmation has changed in years. Am I going to sell the software...maybe not but I am no longer held hostage by the 3 bro marketers that kept putting their prices up because they could. I got into this to change lives. To make an impact.

I think I've finally figured out why so many business owners stay stuck... myself included for years. And it's not because they need another funnel. Or another AI tool. Or another strategy. I've built the SIMPLE systems. I've built AI skills and automations. I've built converting sales funnels. I've helped clients build them too. But here's what I've seen over and over again... We spend weeks getting everything ready to launch. Then... Nothing. Or they do one post. One live. One story. One masterclass. Then the thoughts start... "Nobody bought." "Maybe my offer isn't good enough." "Maybe I need a different funnel." "Maybe I should change my niche." "Maybe I need another AI tool." Sound familiar? The problem usually isn't the system. It's that they quit before the system had enough time to give them the data they needed. Not because they don't know how. Not because the software was wrong. Not because the offer was bad. But because they couldn't sit with the discomfort long enough to let the process work. So they change the offer. They change the funnel. They change the strategy. They change the platform. When what they really needed was one moment of self-leadership. That's when I realised... This isn't a systems problem. It's a self-leadership problem. Here's how I define self-leadership: Self-leadership is the habit of making aligned decisions, following through consistently, and taking ownership of your business...regardless of your mood, fear, or circumstances. Notice what I didn't say. I didn't say work at 100% every day. Life and business doesn't work like that. You can try to hustle harder, push through it but you will burn out at some point as its unsustainable. Last week I was dealing with migraines and Ménière's disease. It's a medical condition that could take months to stabilise. Did I work at my normal pace? No. But I didn't disappear. I adjusted. I worked in 10-minute blocks. I kept asking myself one question: "Given the capacity I have today, what's my next 10-minute aligned action?"

Can I just pause to celebrate you!
Since this challenge started, we have moved up the leaderboard by 423 places all because of you amazing people jumping in and doing the work and being super active. Also the amazing @Rupi Donzenac had this community show up in her ads! I just can't thank you all enough. Let's make this community the most amazing. Where noone is being used to grow, where we all work together and where everyone gets a seat at the table of success. Massive congrats also to @Kerrie Wearing as I saw her community being advertised by Skool the other day as well. We want to be the proof that you can be ethical, not fomo people and you can WIN!

Day 7 and the end of challenge one
We made it to the end of Week 1. 🎉 It is a rest day for me. Did you get your goals set the execution edge way. Did you follow through on the weekly trainings? Did you get the 1.0 version of your content brain set up? I want to be honest with you about how this week went for me. It wasn't perfect. Not even close. I got caught in shiny object syndrome on Day 1 and nearly missed my YouTube premiere. I had a two day migraine that made everything feel harder than it needed to be. I spent energy in places that weren't serving me and had to course correct mid week. I learned that same day YouTube recording is never happening again. But here's what also happened. I built a complete content ecosystem from scratch that is already showing results. One that won't rely on me, my headspace and capacity soon thanks to my content brain and systems in Claude. A YouTube premiere system that runs every Tuesday and 4x'ed the watch time on this first video and it actually felt fun. A DM automation on Instagram that delivers replays on autopilot and soft pushes this community. I nailed my avatar twin that can be used to create scroll stopping images and videos for IG using claude. Side note: If you have the image avatar course, there is a new lesson in there that streamlines your creation process. A Skool engagement strategy with a simple to use software and funnel that will turn visitors into members and that is being fed from multiple social media platforms. A Substack that isn't even properly set up yet — and it already got me my first 2 subscribers and a Instagram follower this week. That last one made me really proud. Not because it's a huge number. But because it's proof that the system works even before it's fully built. This means it has scalability. I have created 4 sales pages with a new sales page writer claude skill. I built 6 claude skills to help me in future weeks (they are going into the content code program soon). That's what Week 1 is about. Not perfection. Building the foundation that compounds over the next 90 days.
Day 1 Sprint Debrief | 90 Day Run
How did everyone go?! At first I was a little overwhelmed with what to do because I am right brain dominant and this is heavily left brain stuff. But I messaged Faith and she guided me on what to do step by step. I decided to do my best into committing an hour a day to this course because I have a slight learning disability with my neural processes - it's manageable for me so I don't overwhelm myself and go into shutdown mode. Which is another reason I invested and signed up to this course to help me build my second A.I brain! I managed to complete ALL THE GOAL setting! Which I am happy about. I already feel so much clearer in my intentions of what I want to achieve and why. ♥️ Who's next to debrief?!
