Day 8 - Challenge 2 - Your systems
I paid for my AI clone this month and I'm not apologising for it. Not because I've given up on showing up. But because I finally stopped fighting how I'm wired and built a system around it instead. I hate short form video. I have practised for a year and the results were the same every time. Flat views, hours wasted, and so much dread I just stopped posting altogether. Ghosting your audience doesn't grow a profitable business. So I built a system. Now my clone handles the short form and carousels which I hate wasting time making but is needed for message visibility. My stories are the real me and handle the real connection and hand raising. I focus on engaging with my dream people instead of stressing over content. My YouTube handles the movement building, depth and nurturing. And every single piece of content has one job — to lead someone into my world at whatever level they are ready to enter. And everywhere you only see one offer name...the Social Sellers Society. That builds credibility, trust and stickability because people are seeing the same offer name - free and paid levels over and over again. I talk about the "new blocks" created based on what I am hearing people need. All go into the same offer. Just different payment, implementation and support levels. My ONE lead magnet: Free YouTube training every week. A free weekly tool dropping inside this community with an interactive artefact. This community exists as it is a space of social media where we can all work together and support each other. Individual courses (aka traffic tools) exist to help grow a specific skill you need right now. VIP if you want the whole ecosystem with all the courses to flip between as you need it, whenever you need it. Or two hours with me directly to get it all set up. One offer. Multiple doors in. Every piece of content points to one of them. That's what a strategic system looks like. Not more content just for the sake of posting. Not more platforms because a guru said so.

@Rupi Donzenac Why can’t they see? What’s your opinion on that?

@Rupi Donzenac it’s the ancient old saying of ā€œpeople fear what they don’t understandā€.

A little fun...I wrote us a theme song for week 1
I took words from conversations I had this week, my own words with AI and some segments from the comments section. Which one do you like best and I will add it to the playlist? 1. https://suno.com/s/U1dn9gpvTHpkEgHg 2. https://suno.com/s/0NPbsLA6T0A3axrk 3. https://suno.com/s/RAtzlpL2ye8hgrnJ 4. https://suno.com/s/U1dn9gpvTHpkEgHg (my overall fav I think)

Power Days vs Trying To Execute Daily
Today I want to talk about something that changed how I approach one of the most important parts of building a business online. Conversations and engagement. This is you looking for your dream people. You can look based on the gaps you need to fill in what you do, the values they display and their personality. For the longest time, I bought into the advice of talk to 5 people every day. I learned quickly this wasn't going to build anything with momentum. It was a lie I had been told to keep me in "the game" a little longer. Boy was it hard tho! Going slow and steady feels like death by a thousand little cuts. And honestly? It never felt natural to me. I'd do it for a day or two and then it would fall off. Until I realised, that's just not how I'm wired. Some people thrive on daily minimums, a little every day, consistent and steady. That system works beautifully for them. Others of us work better with POWER Days. One day, one focus, full energy behind it. 100 conversations started. Instead of spreading conversations across 7 days, you go all in 1-2 days and spend the rest of the week nurturing the conversations flowing back to you. Neither is wrong. The only mistake is forcing yourself into someone else's system and wondering why you can't stick to it. Here's what my weekly rhythm looks like: šŸ“… Monday — Power Conversation Day šŸŽ„ Friday — YouTube Recording Day šŸ“… Saturday — Power Conversation Day šŸ’¬ Daily — Nurture conversations already started The system that works is the one you can actually stick too. Are you a daily minimums person or a power day person? Drop below šŸ‘‡

Day 7 and the end of challenge one
We made it to the end of Week 1. šŸŽ‰ It is a rest day for me. Did you get your goals set the execution edge way. Did you follow through on the weekly trainings? Did you get the 1.0 version of your content brain set up? I want to be honest with you about how this week went for me. It wasn't perfect. Not even close. I got caught in shiny object syndrome on Day 1 and nearly missed my YouTube premiere. I had a two day migraine that made everything feel harder than it needed to be. I spent energy in places that weren't serving me and had to course correct mid week. I learned that same day YouTube recording is never happening again. But here's what also happened. I built a complete content ecosystem from scratch that is already showing results. One that won't rely on me, my headspace and capacity soon thanks to my content brain and systems in Claude. A YouTube premiere system that runs every Tuesday and 4x'ed the watch time on this first video and it actually felt fun. A DM automation on Instagram that delivers replays on autopilot and soft pushes this community. I nailed my avatar twin that can be used to create scroll stopping images and videos for IG using claude. Side note: If you have the image avatar course, there is a new lesson in there that streamlines your creation process. A Skool engagement strategy with a simple to use software and funnel that will turn visitors into members and that is being fed from multiple social media platforms. A Substack that isn't even properly set up yet — and it already got me my first 2 subscribers and a Instagram follower this week. That last one made me really proud. Not because it's a huge number. But because it's proof that the system works even before it's fully built. This means it has scalability. I have created 4 sales pages with a new sales page writer claude skill. I built 6 claude skills to help me in future weeks (they are going into the content code program soon). That's what Week 1 is about. Not perfection. Building the foundation that compounds over the next 90 days.

Tech Failed Me And Saved Me At The Same Time
The lesson of the day Today's post didn't go out this morning the way it should have. The scheduler didn't fire and today was a bisy day. My fault for not double checking it. Lesson learned ~ always verify your tech, especially in the first week of a new system. Which brings me perfectly to today's topic. The Content Brain. Because here's the thing...tech will fail usually when you really need it to work 🤣 Life will interrupt. You'll get pulled into something unexpected like I did today. I was called in to be a trainer to a TAFE student trainer that was struggling with doing her 1st 30 minute presentation. Side note...the good news by the end of our time together she got the courage to do her presention on cupcake decorating in front of the camera. Photo evidence is attached 🤣 The people who stay consistent aren't the ones with perfect days. They're the ones with systems that catch them when life happens. My head was so full and tired, that Claude wrote this post for me after [ just brain dumped the day on it. A Content Brain means your ideas, your posts, your frameworks, your voice and your strategy all live in one place. So when the scheduler fails, when the migraine hits, when the unexpected TAFE student needs you — you can pick up exactly where you left off without losing momentum. Where does your content currently live? In your head, scattered across notes apps, or in an actual system? šŸ‘‡ If you're inside the Execution Edge, we are building your Content Brain so your best thinking stops living only in your head. I am off to eat a cupcake cause the day needs chocolate and cupcakes 🤣

ā€œBecause here's the thing...tech will fail usually when you really need it to work šŸ¤£ā€. This is facts! Technology is always useful until you need it. I smashed 1.5 bags of Maltesers tonight. $3.50 on special at Woolies here. Definitely one of those nights. You still showed up! Well done šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘

@Rupi Donzenac If you think it’s bad now. Wait until A.I really takes over in a year or so. What will happen when we are allllll and only interconnected through the Web. Globally. And then there’s a ā€œglitchā€ in the system. Don’t lose your hard skills neither!
