I'm in the HVAC niche and struggling with offer creation and pricing. The general consensus around HVAC seems to be to not specifically focus on only 1 service they offer but rather all general HVAC services the company offers, eg heating, air conditioning and ventilation.
However the problem comes when I’m trying to create my offer and price my service, because these different services differ in price.
For example, if I say I can guarantee 20 high quality leads this can range from 20 heat pump repairs (low ticket) to 20 air conditioning installations (high ticket), which makes it impossible for me to come up with a price per lead.
Would greatly appreciate if anyone can provide insight on how I can tackle this?
