Wellness Wednesday 🌻 micro resets
Sometimes we think we need a big reset.
A day off.
A holiday.
A full routine change.
But often the nervous system just needs a tiny signal that things are safe again.
Some people reset their brain with slightly unusual things like:
🧊 Holding an ice cube for 30 seconds
🪑 Moving to a completely different seat in the house
🌬 Standing outside for one minute and taking 5 slow breaths
🎧 Playing one song and doing absolutely nothing until it ends
🚿 Washing your hands in warm water and focusing on the sensation
🪟 Opening a window and just looking outside for a moment
🦶 Standing barefoot on the floor or grass for a minute
📦 Putting one random thing back where it belongs
😂 Watching one ridiculous video that makes you laugh
Tiny signals.
But your brain notices them.
