Dice Challenge #1
It’s time for some worldbuilding, as well as story time! The dice have spoken and it’s time to start sketching and figuring out this character and telling a little story as we do it.

Worldbuilding Dice Challenge 🗺️ 🎲
It’s time for a new challenge for this month, and I really want to shift gears and get into storytelling. One of my favorite ways is through worldbuilding, and I have a game I used to play with my students to help get the creative juices flowing for characters and worlds! Bring on the Dice Challenge! Watch the video to see how to use the dice for this exercise and feel free to use the same numbers I roll throughout this challenge, or roll for yourself!

MARKETING for Crowdfunding?
SO those with completed comic projects---what is your advice for promotion before starting a kickstarter? Is anyone here doing that/have done that?
No Excuses November - Challenge #1 is Hands
Want to get better? Don't know where to start? Start here. Start with my artwork. Trace my hands in all the different positions and then practice what you just traced in the blank space below. Then do it again. Then again. Download and print these practice sheets as many times as you need. Revisit the Hands Art Hacks for further instruction. And then keep practicing. Share your practice in the replies below (even if its not the practice sheets)! All throughout November I will be revisiting my art hacks, creating practice sheets for them, and sharing them here every single day for you all. No excuses. It's time to practice. Join me and post your hands below!

What's your biggest struggle with creating your first comic? 🤔
For me it was too many ideas. I had a series of "moments" but not a story. And I also felt like it had to be perfect from the get go which kept me from even starting.
