The following is a link to the morningness-eveningness questionnaire, a 19 item questionnaire used in research that can help guide you to figure our your peak alertness. Please answer the questions as when your body prefers to do to the following rather than when you actually do (i.e. think about what your schedule would like be on vacation or if had you no responsibilities to dictate your schedule.)
