Built a conversation system that handles meetings, reminders & follow-ups — would love feedback
Hey everyone 👋 I’ve been working on an automation system recently and wanted to share it here to get some genuine feedback. Most chat systems I’ve seen are good at replying — but once conversations continue, things start breaking: users return, details change, meetings get rescheduled, timezones create confusion, and follow-ups don’t happen properly. So I built something called TalkPilot. The goal wasn’t to create another chatbot, but a system that can actually manage conversations end to end. It can: • remember users and past conversations • update details naturally during chat • book, reschedule, or cancel meetings • handle everything in the user’s timezone • send reminders automatically • ask for feedback after meetings • handle no-shows with reschedule links I’ve shared a short overview video on LinkedIn showing how the system looks in action. 👉 Watch here: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/yash-maheshwari5_problem-most-businesses-rely-on-chat-systems-ugcPost-7418271469211865088-RRt9 This is just an overview — next I’ll be sharing how the whole system is built behind the scenes. Not selling anything here, just building and learning in public. Would genuinely love to hear your thoughts or suggestions 🙌
Real Estate AI solution - what do you think will happen in 2035?
Had this discussion in another community for AI entrepreneurs about creating AI automation solutions for real estate. It caught my interest and I wanted to see what everyone’s thoughts are on what the “ultimate” solution looks like for real estate transactions and how you think this will all play out by 2035.

Try this! Your own Plush toy!
Got this prompt from Nick Nebelsky. Had some fun playing with it yesterday. Here's the prompt and what I've created for my pomchi (Dorito)👇🏻 Prompt: Create a photorealistic plush, soft figure of the character in the photo. The figure should be full-body and placed inside a cardboard box with a colorful cardboard background, just like real collectible toys. Make the packaging look as realistic as possible — shiny plastic window, with bold, red printing on box a top hook for hanging, and toy-store-style design. On the box: • At the top, write in large letters: [BLiNK, the baby blue elephant with pink ears] add logo • Below that — description: [plush] Make the image as realistic as possible — as if it’s a real toy you’d find in a store.

Scaling Outreach For An ECommerce Client
Just scraped over 7,000 influencer leads for an ecommerce agency looking to scale their creator partnerships. They needed comprehensive data across Instagram, Shopify, and various creator partnership platforms to build out their influencer outreach campaigns. The dataset includes creator contact information, follower counts, niche categories, and demographic information (location, age, etc). Instead of manually building lists or paying premium prices for outdated influencer databases, they now have fresh, targeted leads they can segment and reach out to based on their specific campaign needs. I'm working to deliver 7,000 leads per week, so they always have a steady stream of creators to contact. When you're running an ecom agency, having direct access to thousands of potential brand partners can completely change your growth trajectory. What's the biggest bottleneck in your lead generation process right now - volume, quality, or finding the right contact info?

🏡 Custom Property Management Platform
Just wrapped up a custom property management platform for a client that handles everything from property scraping to agent-client collaboration. The system pulls apartment listings from multiple sources, displays them on an interactive map with custom radius filtering, and lets users filter by price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage in real-time. The coolest part is the agent workflow - agents can create curated property lists for their clients, clients review and select their favorites, and agents instantly see what their clients liked without any back-and-forth emails or calls. Built features like magic link authentication for instant access, favorites management, admin dashboards showing all users and activity metrics, and dynamic filtering at both the portfolio and individual property level. When you need software that fits your exact business workflow instead of forcing you into generic SaaS limitations, custom development makes all the difference.
