Introductions

Hello! My name is Shelly and I live in Virginia in the midst of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I support women in their journey to becoming their own Hero - being the person they wish would show up to save them. I am growing my community in Skool and finally putting together content for individuals to access and get to know what I am about. I still struggle with imposter syndrome and regulating my energy to show up authentically and imperfectly. I am excited about the journey and to see where it will take me.

Lately I have been exploring somatic breathwork and techniques to resetting my nervous system and getting back into my body. This is not something I grew up with an awareness about and struggle to explain, but I know it is a game-changer for me. I am moment by moment letting go of the how and reframing my stories about how I can show up.
