Question on Workflows
Hey everyone- curious to know if anyone has done what I'd like to do because I could use a little help.
Here's the scenario:
I have noticed in my group that I have a lot of members who were active a couple months ago, and now they have disappeared. I would like to re-engage those members in bulk via a DM message. Is there a workflow rule I can create that says:
- If a member was last active more than 1 month ago, a DM is sent to that member to re-engage them?
If someone could help walk me through the steps to do that, that would be amazing!
