Categories issue

I recently created a new category to better organize posts inside my community. I changed the category for a couple dozen posts, but when I hit that category button, I am not seeing all the posts that should be there. Someone in the Skoolers group suggested to disable extentions and then re-enable them... Does anyone have any ideas on how to do that so I can test it to see if the issue is coming from the extention itself? I appreciate your help!
