The Dad/Entrepreneur Balancing Act
Today my youngest woke up as a 5 year old!
I had one mission from the wife, when I wake up plugin the 4ft inflatable birthday cake. ✅
After that I went downstairs to follow my Sunday rituals of stretching and rolling out, but instead I stayed within earshot of his room doing some work with Skool.
He woke up and I ran like he would, sounding like an elephant, and tackled him in excitement.
I focused on him and tried to make him as excited as me.
This is a win because a little later my wife thanked and appreciated me for the effort it took not to follow my routine.
Building a future life is great, but being present today is the greatest.
