Created my community after conversation with Lidia

I just had a conversation with

as I was confused and I was about to abandon the idea of my skool community.

The challenge is that my main priority is my youtube channel and AI consultancy. I feared that I would waste lots of time on Skool, and I would not be able to give my focus to my core business.

After conversation with Lidia (omg she is an amazing coach!!) I got clarity on my strategy and positioning -- overall including YT and for Skool community specifically -- and yes, I it's life

Ok, my Claude training is coming, but I got such an amazing feedback from you beautiful people and now I know how to make the tutorial even more useful and specific, so we are starting with creating your own ai assistant in chat product (not cowork or code at first) as a foundation for everything else.
