300+ members. What's next?

It's been wild and awesome. And I plan to ride that wave.

First things first, huge thank you for everyone who joined. Even bigger thank you to those who invited others. The Universe, the God, and my friends&family for support (feels a bit like an Oskar speech 🏆).

But you know I am always honest and real with you, guys&girls. So, members are good, but it's not the answer. I am building a business. And business means paying clients.

Here are the plans for April/May:

Continue to bring ppl, with the goal to reach 1k members by end of May (I'm a sucker for round numbers)
Improve engagement aka get more people to Lvl 2, 3, 4+ - thanks to

who pointed this out to me last night. Ruben, I am looking forward to your expert advice!
Also, I am not a big fan of engagement for engagement sake aka discovery rank up, I actually want more people to go through the Hackathon and achieve results. I NEED CASE STUDIES!!!! I am ready to invest in your success, ppl. Pls, do not take it lightly.
The big M-word (money, monetization) - yes, I have a few ideas that I want to test out how to help you more, how to move forward... So, I will be experimenting 🧪
Finally, I will run a Launchers Lab - a combination of the sprint & summit mid May (dates are already set in the classroom) to bring more people in, and more experts to help you out. Win-win-win situation.
