I hosted my regular monthly Sound Reiki sound bath, which is facilitated as a group healing experience. I love these sessions and the experiences of each person always differs from month to month. They are always beautiful and it’s not unusual for people to share visions and/or physical sensations. But every now and then a session comes along that blows my mind… …last night was one of those! 🤣🤯 One lady went from feeling trapped to being elevated into a white light with an angelic presence. Another lady felt an intense heat wash over her as I sang that left as soon as I moved away. And another reported feeling intense joy and elation! But the most INCREDIBLE account came from the lady who clearly heard the voice of a woman who said “Lakshmi is present…”. She also experienced what she described as her heart bursting open and the most amazing feeling accompanying that! I had heard the name Lakshmi but was unsure where or what it could mean. So of course we looked it up… It turns out she is the Hindu goddess of happiness, fortune, wealth, prosperity, beauty, fertility, sovereignty, and abundance! She is also associated with…you guessed it…the HEART chakra!! As if that wasn’t enough, at the end of the session one of the other ladies was sharing how instead of boats (I do a visualisation with boats at the start…they are little wooden boats that I invite people to put their thoughts in so they can bear witness to what passes through their mind) she saw lotus flowers. Who is depicted holding lotus flowers? Yep! LAKSHMI! 😱 There is SO much more I could share about what happened but I think that’s enough for now! Safe to say…these sessions are powerful! I try not to have any expectations. For me, if someone leaves feeling less anxious than when they arrived then I’ve done my job. But I do absolutely LOVE the magic when it shows itself! “I'm blown away from this evening. Thankyou so much for allowing me to come along” There is far too much to write this evening. But my goodness everything resonated tonight.
