The Frequency Shift FREE Course Now Available!
My loves! I am so excited to say that I have finally gotten around to uploading the videos from a powerful program I ran for free last year called The Frequency Shift! I've been on a bit of a rollercoaster getting these to you because two of the days were still available on Facebook but the rest had gone and for a moment I thought the content was lost. Had it been lost I would have just run the program again...it's never truly lost when it's been birthed from your soul right? But luckily I had saved the videos elsewhere and so now they are up and ready for you to work through. Simply click on Classroom and select The Frequency Shift for full access to all five days including the activation and alignment I did at the end. I have a TON of content to get through and load up on here for you so please bear with me as I do that. But in the meantime I really hope you will find these courses helpful. Hello and happy Friday my loves! So there is no heart healing sound reiki now until November 😭 However, I will be at St John’s this month for another Trinity Flow Event! This is the perfect evening for you if you’ve been firing on all cylinders and are in need of some deep rest and nurture. Charlotte will guide you through some very gentle Yin Yoga before Teddy facilitates some powerful breathwork and hypnotherapy. I then close the evening with some blissful sound reiki. Tickets are £50 per person and available from Eventbrite on the link below. PLUS I am hosting a FREE choir session on Saturday 17th October for World Singing Day, also at St John’s who have kindly gifted me the space for the afternoon. Everyone is welcome, bring your kids, your friends, your neighbours and come and experience the joy of singing in this gorgeous space! HEADS UP! At coffee cake and choir this morning we learned When I Grow Up from the musical Matilda and it sounded so good I’ve decided it’s going into the show! 🤣😜🥰 If you have any children who know the song who would like to join us to sing it, please let them know. I’m going to get the audience to join in as well. ❤️
