Write something
When something doesn’t sit right
How many times have you sacrificed yourself even though your gut told you this just doesn’t feel right? How often do you ignore your head for your heart? I find that this becomes a common behaviour in women. As they start to lose themselves, they stop trusting their own intuition and just go along with whatever is easiest because they’re tired of explaining themselves. I want to give you a journal prompt and it doesn’t need to be pages and pages long. just find a piece of paper grab a pen or pencil, and use this phrase to get you started. Think of a moment recently where you made a decision or took an action that left you feeling unsettled. What about it didn’t sit right—was it the outcome, the intention, or the reaction of others? Write about what you would do differently if you had the chance to revisit that moment

Kindness is easy , except when
I find kindness is easy. I don’t mind helping. In fact more often then not I’m a people pleaser. A smile. A helping hand. A hug. A compliment. So much simplicity in little acts. Yet for some reason so many woman struggle to be kind to themselves. To accept the compliment. To see a smile and assume it has alternative motivates. I hope this community can teach you to truly value and genuinely treat yourself with the same kindness and grace you offer others.
