I find kindness is easy. I don’t mind helping. In fact more often then not I’m a people pleaser. A smile. A helping hand. A hug. A compliment. So much simplicity in little acts. Yet for some reason so many woman struggle to be kind to themselves. To accept the compliment. To see a smile and assume it has alternative motivates.
