Here is an example of a normal day for one of our committed players: -1 Hour of strength or 1 hour of athletic training (plyos): 5 total hours. 3 Strength, 2 plyo -3 hours MINIMUM per day with court time. 2 hours of skill work. 1 hour of free throw, or dish shooting *This is a MINIMUM amount -3-5 hours per week on recover: stretching, mobility, compression boots etc 830 am: weights 1230-230: skills 3-4 pm:free throws 8-10 pm: between this time, night shooting, recovery takes place This is the work needed to have a chance to become an elite player.
