What I Trained Today.... Day 4 Sinking lesson with the sinking and letting go exercise from the classroom, SNT while listening to "Feels So Good" by the late Chuck Mangione (RIP🙏🏾) alternating chain punches and kicks (I should've kept track of time but I zoned out)
🧠 What I Learned or Realized....I think the sinking exercise is my favorite. Letting go of all the tensions and replacing it with a feeling of elevation feels so good. Which is why it felt natural to listen to that song while doing SNT after the meditation.
