  1. What I Trained Today....Decided to do an energy body meditation in stance and did a sensing meditation while walking.
  2. 🧠 What I Learned or Realized... Lessons 21 and 22. Meditating in the stance felt fine. Walking while doing the sensing meditation (lesson 21) made me feel warmer than normal. I'll have to do this more to see if that's a normal thing for me.
  3. 💬 How I Felt...Ok initially until I started to get warm while meditating and walking. I'll have to do this more to see if anything changes and how I feel about it.
