My Tranaformation from 112kg to 78kg
From 112 kg to 78 kg. Six days a week in the gym, a smarter plan, and a stubborn commitment to my future self. This isn’t just a number on the scale—it’s a story of consistency, patience, and belief that change is possible. 💪 What mattered most: - Consistent protein intake to protect lean mass (1.8–2.2 g/kg body weight).🍖 - Calorie deficit that fuels progress without wrecking energy or mood (roughly 300–500 kcal/day, adjusted for performance). 🥗 - Smart training: progressive overload, quality reps, and prioritizing recovery. 🏋‍♀️ - Habits over motivation: sleep 7–9 hours, hydration, and daily movement. 💤 Amazing things I learned along the way: - The scale doesn’t tell the whole story. Measurements, photos, energy, and strength gains matter just as much. - Small, repeatable actions compound into life-changing results. - It’s not about perfection; it’s about showing up, again and again, for the version of you you want to become. Two practical tips that helped me stay on track: - Build a simple meal plan you actually enjoy and can stick to. Batch cook protein, veggies, and smart carbs. - Schedule training like an appointment you won’t miss. Consistency beats intensity in the long run. Current focus: maintain fat loss, preserve lean mass, and improve performance at my next milestone. If you’re on a similar path, drop your starting weight and current goal in the comments, or share your biggest win this week. Let’s celebrate progress and lift each other up. Tag a friend who needs this reminder that transformation is possible.

Ever felt behind in life? Change your language and perspective! 🙏
We’ve all felt the ache of watching others hit milestones while our own path seems slower or unfinished. But being “behind” isn’t a verdict—it’s a moment we can reframe. Here’s the truth to hold onto: - Your worth isn’t measured by speed. It’s shown in how you show up—with honesty, kindness, and resilience. - Being behind means you’re still in the story, learning and growing. Every setback teaches you something valuable. - Your timeline is personal. Compare less, reflect more on what truly matters: health, relationships, and work that feels meaningful. Tiny shifts that help today: - Reclaim your pace: honor rest when you’re tired and momentum when you’re energized. - Reconnect with your why: write down three reasons you’ll keep showing up tomorrow. - Do one small step: a 10-minute task, a short walk, or a quick call to a friend. Remember, the path isn’t a race. It’s a journey your future self will thank you for. You’re not late—you’re exactly where you need to be to become who you’re meant to be. You’ve got this.

New to Skool! Introduce yourself below. (A little about me too)
Hey guys i want to first and foremost introduce myself. My name is James, im 28 years old from a little regional town in Australia 🇦🇺. My main downtime pleasure is going to war with the iron (doesnt sound relaxing i know). For me, the gym has been the one thing that i could always count on, whether i was sad, happy, angry or heartbroken. We all know sometimes life has a way of beating us down, for me this came over the last 6 years as i unfirtunately allowed myself to slowly creep up to over 112kg (247lb). I knew it was time to take action. Just in this last 15 months alone i have managed to lose over 35kg of that weight (more than happy to offer the bluepront on how i did this) Throughout the past 10 years i have also had my fair share of mental struggles and i still do battle every single day and i am very open and vulnerable about this so please dont hesitate to open up if you need to and feel comfortable doing so (its a massive thing to talk about and im so so proud of you everyday you fight for a better life 🫶) Lastly i wanna say thankyou again for this opportunity and i cannot wait to make some new friends heading into 2026 💪
