This is the community built by Shields & Stripes — a national nonprofit that restores the lives of military members, veterans and first responders through a free, three-month recovery program.
The program takes a small number of people at a time. This doesn’t. If you wore the uniform or the badge, if you love somebody who did, or if you just want to put your shoulder into this work — you belong in here.
We move. Daily challenges and workouts.
We talk. About the stuff that’s hard to say out loud, to people who already understand it.
We show up for the mission. Fundraising pushes, events, and a direct line to what Shields & Stripes is building.
This is a community, not treatment.
