Here I attach my health tips guide, which I created many years ago. My advice is not yo take everything as it is, you may find some apply to you and some are not. My way of thinking and applying knowledge have changed over the years. I let out perfectionism, I am more flexible and kind to myself. I share this with you , from my heart to yours. Life is sometimes hard but other times fun, easy . Don’t take everything too serious, live your life with open flexible mind, you will realise the shift it can make.
