The Truth
You already have marketable skills. Not “someday” skills—today skills.
When you double down on what feels natural and energizing, money moves faster.
Stop chasing what’s “hot.” Build what’s yours.
The Framework
- Identify your marketable strengths. - Use what comes easily (communication, design, ops, strategy, writing, teaching, tech, organizing). Audit your past roles for proof.
- Choose ONE painful problem. - Focus creates revenue. One problem → one person → one offer.
- Pick your ideal client. - Who do you understand, have access to, and feel excited to help?
- Package it. - Don’t sell vague “help.” Sell a clear outcome with a simple process.
- Make it recurring. - Retainers, memberships, or productized services = paycheck replacement.
- Get clients the simple way. - Announce to your network. Run 20-min market-research chats. Show up at live events. (Trust builds 10x faster in person.)
20-Minute Money Sprint (do this today)
Minute 0–5: Skills & Energy - List 5 things you do effortlessly + 3 wins you’ve created for others.
Minute 5–10: One Problem, One Person - Write one sentence:
“I solve [specific problem] for [specific client].”
Minute 10–15: Package & Price (monthly) - Name it + 3 bullets of what’s included + choose a monthly number.
Examples:
- Content Engine — $1,500/mo (4 posts, 1 newsletter, performance snapshot)
- Ops Reset (90 days) — 3×$1,200 (SOPs, onboarding, weekly rhythm)
- Sales-Ready Website Copy — $750/mo (research, wireframe, conversion copy)
Minute 15–20: Outbound - Send one message (email/DM) from the scripts below. Momentum beats perfection.
