Choose ONE painful problem. - Focus creates revenue. One problem → one person → one offer. 3. Pick your ideal client. - Who do you understand, have access to, and feel excited to help? 4. Package it. - Don’t sell vague “help.” Sell a clear outcome with a simple process. 5. Make it recurring. - Retainers, memberships, or productized services = paycheck replacement. 6. Get clients the simple way. - Announce to your network. Run 20-min market-research chats. Show up at live events. Minute 5–10: One Problem, One Person - Write one sentence: “I solve [specific problem] for [specific client].” Minute 10–15: Package & Price (monthly) - Name it + 3 bullets of what’s included + choose a monthly number.
