🚀 Day 4: Beat Procrastination & Get It Done
🧠 Theme You’re not lazy—you’re under-systemed. Procrastination is usually experiential avoidance (avoiding a feeling now that costs you later). Build simple systems and you’ll move—no matter how you feel. ✍️ Core Lesson Leila’s 3-step framework: 1. Name the cause: You’re avoiding a feeling (not a task). 2. Spot the 3 emotions: 3. Swap cycles: Trade productive procrastination (busy with easy stuff) for productive failure (imperfect action → learn → adjust). 4. ✅ Today’s Challenge (15–30 minutes total) 1) The Avoidance Audit (5 min) - Write the ONE thing you’ve been avoiding. - Under it, finish this sentence: “I’m actually avoiding the feeling of ____.” 2) Pick the Head You’re Facing (2 min) - Which one is it? Anxiety / Rebellion / Boredom 3) Match the Mini-System (10–20 min) - If Anxiety: - If Rebellion: - If Boredom: 4) Close the Loop (2 min) - Write one line: “What I tried → what I learned → my next tweak.” 🧘 Daily Meditation Tie-In (2 lines) Before you start, play Intention for the Day and repeat: “I act despite discomfort. I choose progress over perfect.” 🧩 Simple Systems You Can Keep - 15-Minute First Bite: Start every work block with 15 minutes on the one avoided task. - Two-Day Rule: You can miss a day, never two in a row. - Friction Audit: Make the first step stupid-easy (pre-open doc, template email, single-click record). - Reps Tracker (Inputs > Outputs): Count calls, drafts, minutes—not sales, likes, or pounds. Day 4 Challenge: Reflect & Share Pick one of these to answer in the comments 👇 - What emotion have you really been avoiding? - When did you choose action over avoidance today? - How did facing it change how you feel? - What truth or lesson showed up for you through the discomfort? - How might this small act ripple through the rest of your week?
💸 Day 3 — You Are The Money
The Truth You already have marketable skills. Not “someday” skills—today skills. When you double down on what feels natural and energizing, money moves faster. Stop chasing what’s “hot.” Build what’s yours. The Framework 1. Identify your marketable strengths. - Use what comes easily (communication, design, ops, strategy, writing, teaching, tech, organizing). Audit your past roles for proof. 2. Choose ONE painful problem. - Focus creates revenue. One problem → one person → one offer. 3. Pick your ideal client. - Who do you understand, have access to, and feel excited to help? 4. Package it. - Don’t sell vague “help.” Sell a clear outcome with a simple process. 5. Make it recurring. - Retainers, memberships, or productized services = paycheck replacement. 6. Get clients the simple way. - Announce to your network. Run 20-min market-research chats. Show up at live events. (Trust builds 10x faster in person.) 20-Minute Money Sprint (do this today) Minute 0–5: Skills & Energy - List 5 things you do effortlessly + 3 wins you’ve created for others. Minute 5–10: One Problem, One Person - Write one sentence: “I solve [specific problem] for [specific client].” Minute 10–15: Package & Price (monthly) - Name it + 3 bullets of what’s included + choose a monthly number. Examples: - Content Engine — $1,500/mo (4 posts, 1 newsletter, performance snapshot) - Ops Reset (90 days) — 3×$1,200 (SOPs, onboarding, weekly rhythm) - Sales-Ready Website Copy — $750/mo (research, wireframe, conversion copy) Minute 15–20: Outbound - Send one message (email/DM) from the scripts below. Momentum beats perfection. Copy-and-Send Scripts Network Announcement Subject: Quick question for you “Hey [Name]—I’m launching [Offer Name] to help [ideal client] fix [specific problem]. It includes: [1–3 bullets].If you—or someone you know—needs this, reply and I’ll send details. Thank you!” Market-Research Invite (20 min) “Hi [Name]—I’m interviewing [ideal client] about [problem] for a new offer. 20 minutes, and I’ll answer any questions you have on [your expertise]. Want a spot? [link]”
🌟 Day 1: Achieve Anything — Focus on Inputs, Not Outcomes
💭 Theme of the Day: Confidence Through Control How much confidence have you lost from goals you didn’t hit? We’ve all been there — setting big dreams and falling short again and again. But what if the problem wasn’t you… it was where you were focusing your energy? Today’s message flips the script: You don’t achieve your goals by obsessing over outcomes. You achieve them by mastering your inputs — the actions fully within your control. 🎯 The Core Lesson Leila Hormozi breaks it down into two steps that can literally help you achieve anything: STEP 1 — Focus on Inputs Over Outcomes - Inputs = the daily actions you can control.(e.g., walking 10k steps, sending 5 outreach messages, studying 2 hours) - Outputs = the results that depend on other factors.(e.g., pounds lost, deals closed, test scores) When you chase outcomes, you feel anxious and defeated. When you track your inputs, you build confidence and consistency. It’s like gardening 🌱— you can’t force flowers to bloom faster, but you can water the soil, pull the weeds, and make sure there’s sunlight. Your growth is inevitable when you nurture the process. ⚙️ STEP 2 — The A4 Method: Awareness, Affiliations, Aptitude, Autonomy 1️⃣ Awareness: Track your actions and habits without judgment. Become an observer of what’s helping or hindering you. ✨ “You can’t fix what you don’t notice.” 2️⃣ Affiliations: Surround yourself with people who lift your standards. Distance yourself from those who drain your drive. 3️⃣ Aptitude: Skills > Motivation. If something feels impossible, ask: What skill am I missing? Then go learn it. 4️⃣ Autonomy: Own your actions. Your future self is built by today’s behaviors, not today’s feelings. ✍️ Day 1 Challenge Prompt In your journal or post below 👇, reflect on these: 1. What’s one goal you’ve been chasing that feels stuck or overwhelming? 2. What 2–3 inputs (daily or weekly actions) could you focus on instead? 3. Which of the four A’s do you need to strengthen most right now — Awareness, Affiliations, Aptitude, or Autonomy?
Closing thought for the day
Thank you all for participating in todays discussion! I loved all your input! I am about to post tomorrows discussion, but before I did I wanted to share one closing thought: Success is never built in a single moment — it’s crafted piece by piece, like a mosaic made of countless golden tiles. Every small, consistent action you take adds another piece to the bigger picture of your life. You may not see the full image yet, but with every day of showing up, the masterpiece becomes clearer. Keep placing the tiles. The beauty is already forming. ✨
Closing thought for the day
🔥 Day 5: Accept the Assignment
Today, I want to remind you of something we all know deep down but often try to ignore: Tomorrow is not promised. Rachel Rodgers says it plainly: “You want to know why I’m in a rush? I’m dying. And so are you.” We are not here forever. And yet… we hold back. We worry about whether we’re ready. We wait for confidence before we show up. We think, “Who am I to…” instead of “Who needs this from me?” But the truth is: You are the assignment. Your voice. Your business. Your story. They matter not because you’re perfect, but because someone out there is waiting for what only you can offer. Watch this:🎥 Rachel Rodgers – This Is Why I'm in a Rush Let it move you. Let it call you forward. Let it be the push you needed to say: ✅ I accept the assignment.✅ I’m done waiting.✅ I’m taking the next step today. 🔁 Your Challenge In the comments, finish this sentence: 💬 “Because I don’t have forever, I will…”Let’s name the moves we’re making — out loud, together, right now. You’ve made it to Day 5. This is your moment to lock it in. Not someday. Today.
