This community was created out of obedience to God and a desire to walk alongside women who want to grow in Christ in a real and authentic way. Shay’s Voice is not about perfection or performance. Trusting God in the Process
Lesson 3 Trusting God in the Process Trust is formed in the process. There are seasons when God does not give immediate answers, not because He is silent, but because He is inviting us to trust Him more deeply. Trust is not built when everything makes sense. It is built when we choose to rely on God even when the outcome is unclear. Scripture reminds us: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” Proverbs 3:5 Trusting God in the process means releasing the need to understand every step before taking it. It means learning to rest in who God is, even when the path ahead feels uncertain. Often, the process feels slow, uncomfortable, or stretching, but it is within that space that God shapes our faith. Trust does not remove responsibility, but it does remove the burden of control. When we surrender our timelines, expectations, and fears to God, we make room for His peace to lead us forward. This is not a one-time decision. Trust is a daily posture. Some days it feels steady. Other days it feels fragile. Both are part of the journey. Take a moment to reflect: • Where is God asking me to trust Him more right now? • What fears surface when I struggle to trust the process? • What might surrender look like for me in this season? • How can I continue to walk in obedience while waiting on God? January.....Reset & Renew | Start Here
Welcome to January’s journey. This month is not about resolutions, pressure, or trying to become someone new overnight. It is about pausing, releasing what no longer belongs to you, and allowing God to renew your heart and mind. January’s focus is Reset & Renew. You are invited to move through this month gently. There is no schedule to keep up with and no expectation to share. Read quietly if you need to. Reflect when you’re ready. Engage only as you feel led. Throughout January, we will reflect on: - Renewing the mind - Letting go of the past - Realigning with God’s will - Stepping into the new Begin wherever you feel drawn. You don’t have to complete everything for it to be meaningful. One moment with God is enough. As you move through this month, ask yourself: - What is God asking me to release? - Where is He inviting me to trust Him more? - What might renewal look like in this season? Take your time.
