Welcome, sister. I’m Shaquida, and I want to personally welcome you to Shay’s Voice. This community was created out of obedience to God and a desire to walk alongside women who want to grow in Christ in a real and authentic way. Shay’s Voice is not about perfection or performance. It is a safe space for spiritual growth, healing, prayer, and discipleship. You are free to reflect quietly, ask questions, seek prayer, and grow at your own pace. S.H.A.Y.’S V.O.I.C.E. stands for: Spiritual Healing Against Yokes, Speaking Victory Over Insecurities in Christ’s Everlasting Love. My prayer is that God meets you here not through me, but through His presence and His truth. If He led you here, you belong here. If you feel led, introduce yourself in the comments and share what brought you to this space. If not, you are welcome to simply rest and receive. “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of people.” — Matthew 4:19

March Series Welcome
As we step into March, we begin a new series within Bible & Me. This month, we will walk through what it means to be rooted and built in Christ. Not rushed. Not pressured. Not performing. But firmly planted in truth while allowing God to shape what He is building in us. Before fruit, there are roots. Before visibility, there is formation. Before expansion, there is faithfulness. March will be a time to slow down, examine our foundation, and allow God to strengthen what is beneath the surface. We are not chasing outcomes. We are choosing obedience. We are not forcing growth. We are tending to what God has already placed in our hands. Each week, we will gather around Scripture, reflect honestly, and make room for God to renew and steady us. If you are in a season of building, waiting, stretching, or simply seeking deeper clarity with God, this month is for you. Let’s begin rooted. Trusting God in the Process
Lesson 3 Trusting God in the Process Trust is formed in the process. There are seasons when God does not give immediate answers, not because He is silent, but because He is inviting us to trust Him more deeply. Trust is not built when everything makes sense. It is built when we choose to rely on God even when the outcome is unclear. Scripture reminds us: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” Proverbs 3:5 Trusting God in the process means releasing the need to understand every step before taking it. It means learning to rest in who God is, even when the path ahead feels uncertain. Often, the process feels slow, uncomfortable, or stretching, but it is within that space that God shapes our faith. Trust does not remove responsibility, but it does remove the burden of control. When we surrender our timelines, expectations, and fears to God, we make room for His peace to lead us forward. This is not a one-time decision. Trust is a daily posture. Some days it feels steady. Other days it feels fragile. Both are part of the journey. Take a moment to reflect: • Where is God asking me to trust Him more right now? • What fears surface when I struggle to trust the process? • What might surrender look like for me in this season? • How can I continue to walk in obedience while waiting on God? You are not behind. You are being formed. Bible & Me Finding My Voice Through the Word of God Making room for what God is doing now Shay’s Voice…..A Quiet Whisper 💜
